Across Britain, millions of young people are not in work, education, or training. At TRP, we’re changing that. By connecting them with the right employers and training providers, we give young people the opportunities, skills, and support they need to build the careers they’ve always dreamed of.
Our MISSION
Out of the millions of young people there are currently over 500,000 young people between 16 - 30 who are N.E.E.T (Not in Education, Employment or Training) our mission is to provide an all-round solution for candidates and employers by ensuring the candidates are ready for their new position and the employers have the best employee.

Starting this organisation has been a dream of mine for years. Helping young people access real opportunities is something I’ve been passionate about for a long time, and now, through TRP, that vision is becoming a reality.
